Service Call: $59.00 (includes trip and first 1/2 hour of diagnostic)
Hourly Rate: $59.00 per hour ($14.75 per 15 minute increments)
Overtime Service Rates

Maintenance Agreement Rates
Our maintenance agreement is the same as our upgraded Clean & Safety Check purchased in a one year package and at a discounted rate. These prices are based on 1 heating check in the fall and 1 cooling check in the spring. This planned maintenance will also get you a 10% discount on all parts and you will have priority status if you need a service call. We can also customize any package for your
residential or light commercial needs.

Clean & Safety Check Rates
Clean and safety checks are routine maintenance and do not include
repair costs.
Equipment
Gas Furnace: $69.00 Basic ($109.00 Upgrade)
The gas furnace clean and safety check is essential for long equipment life. It is designed to give you peace of mind knowing that your furnace is running safely, efficiently and at peak performance. It consists of cleaning the cabinet and all necesary parts of the furnace. Inspect and check electrical connections and components. Oil motors or parts where necesary. Inspect heat exchanger and flue for cracks, leaks or unsafe conditions. Check carbon monoxide PPM. Proper thermostat and furnace operation. Replace furnace air filter (1"). The upgrade version includes the basic plus a pleated air filter(1"). Clean blower wheel if necessary and check any furnace accessaries like humidifiers, UV lights, etc.
Air Conditioner: $69.00 Basic ($99.00 Upgrade)
The airconditioner clean and safety check is important because the refrigeration cycle is dependant upon proper airflow and refrigerant pressures. It is designed to give you peace of mind knowing that when the heat of summer comes you and your family will be cool and comfortable. It consists of visual inspection and brush cleaning of the outside condensing coil. Replace furnace air filter(1") and check for proper airflow. Oil motors or parts where necesary. Inspect and check electrical connections and components. Check for proper refrigerant charge and proper operation of the thermostat and cooling cycle. The upgrade version includes the basic plus a pleated air filter(1") and visually inspect indoor evaperator coil.
Heat Pump: $89.00 Basic ($129.00 Upgrade)
The heat pump clean and safety check is important because the refrigeration cycle is dependant upon proper airflow and refrigerant pressures. It should be done for the cooling and heating cycles It is designed to give you peace of mind knowing that when the heat of summer or cold of winter comes, you and your family will be comfortable. It consists of visual inspection and brush cleaning of the outside condensing coil. Replace furnace air filter(1") and check for proper airflow. Oil motors or parts where necesary. Inspect and check electrical connections and components. Check for proper refrigerant charge and proper operation of the thermostat and cooling or heating cycle. The upgrade version includes the basic plus a pleated air filter(1") and visually inspect indoor evaperator coil. Winter check defrost cycle and auxilary heat operation.
