Q. What is a CLEAN & SAFETY CHECK?
A. A CLEAN & SAFETY CHECK is a thorough inspection and cleaning of your HVAC equipment. We change your filters, lubricate motors and parts where required. We check your belts for wear. We inspect the electrical components for connections and corrosion. We visually inspect the coils and clean when needed. We keep your equipment running at peek performance. This does not include repairs but is a planned maintenance program.

Q. What is a MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT?
A. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT is a scheduled interval of either the CLEAN & SAFETY CHECK for the upcoming season or scheduled routine maintenance like changing air filters. The whole idea is that we maintain your HVAC equipment for you.
